UPDATE: We have great news to share! The Escambia County Commissioners voted in favor of a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) ordinance that will help protect cats in your community.

This was not an easy victory—the plan received vocal criticism from opposition using misinformation that pits cats against birds. But the facts spoke for themselves, and Escambia’s animal lovers made their voices heard! With your help, the commissioners saw that TNR is the only effective approach to the community’s cats. We’re so glad that the board of commissioners made the right choice.
