May Edition
Thanks to the support of loyal donors like you, we’ve been very busy this month protecting cats around the country. Here are just a few of our current projects and success stories:
Celebrating Feline-Friendly Partnerships in Gainesville, Texas
|
Alley Cat Allies will be hosting two events in May to provide educational support and resources for community cat care in Gainesville. On Monday, May 11, we’re hosting a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) workshop to show everyone the basics, with Gainesville’s mayor as a special guest! Then on Wednesday, May 13, we’re funding a Spay Day and walk-in rabies clinic—preventing new litters and giving cats in Gainesville a clean bill of health. Learn more about Gainesville’s feline-friendly transformation! |
Brighten Mom’s Day with Our Mother’s Day eCard!
|
Our Mother’s Day eCards are back, and they’re the perfect way to remind your mom how much you appreciate her. Each Alley Cat Allies Mother’s Day eCard features an image of a beautiful cat your mom will love, and a sweet message she won’t forget. Thank mom today for nurturing the compassion that has made you an advocate for cats. Make the connection—send your mom an eCard today! |

Adopt a Cat: Meet Bobbi!
Overwhelming Support in Birmingham, Alabama
|
We just returned from an exciting, productive visit to Alabama, where we collaborated with local organizations, policymakers, and residents to implement effective programs and policies for cats. We presented a TNR workshop at the Greater Birmingham Humane Society to a full house, provided training and educational outreach to local organizations, met with councilmembers and shelter employees, and honored the memory of Kiki. Learn more about our trip and how Alabama is becoming a feline-friendly state. |
