South Carolina Residents: Support Trap-Neuter-Return

AA South Carolina square.jpgThis action is ONLY for residents of South Carolina.

Cats in South Carolina could soon have lifesaving protections. The Senate is considering Senate Bill 105, which supports Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) throughout the state. TNR is the only humane and effective approach to address community cat populations. It saves community cats’ lives by getting them out of shelters—where nearly all of them are killed nationwide—and back to their outdoor homes. This bill is being reintroduced after it failed to move forward in 2018.

Ask your state senator to support this bill today and ensure it becomes law this year!

Please Support Senate Bill 105

Dear [Decision Maker],

As a resident of South Carolina, I ask you to please support Senate Bill 105. If enacted into law, this bill will provide important protections for community cats and encourage Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) throughout the state. TNR is the only humane and effective approach to address community cat populations. It saves cats' lives and improves our communities.

If passed, SB 105 will have a positive effect on my community and others across South Carolina. Please support this lifesaving bill.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
